Foundation Software, Inc. is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website: www.learningmarket.org.

  • All users of FOUNDATION for Windows
  • CPAs whose clients use (or have interest in using) FOUNDATION for Windows


Webinar pricing varies depending on the subscription option selected.  To register, contact Denise Hearn at 800-246-0800 or register online.


In the event that Foundation Software cancels a live webinar, registrants will be notified via email with as much advance notice as is possible. Single session registrants will have the option to receive a full refund or attend an alternate session. Registrants under a subscription will be provided with an alternate session.

In the event that a registrant cannot attend their scheduled live webinar, the recorded webinar will be made available to them. However, CPE credits will only be offered to attendees of the live webinar. Substitution of another individual for an established paid registrant will be accepted at any time prior to the close of registration.

Foundation Software is not responsible for problems beyond our control such as weather-related issues, acts of nature, registrant hardware failures, etc… No refunds will be given in these situations.

Complaint Resolution

Foundation Software has a right to expect that those who are vested with the responsibility of representing Foundation Software will adhere to an appropriate standard of professional and individual conduct necessary to maintain the respect, confidence and cooperation of its clients.

In the event that a client should have a complaint, the following procedures should be followed:

Who may make a complaint?

Any client or webinar attendee may make a complaint regarding the training materials, presentations or conduct of a Foundation Software employee.

In what form should complaints be made?

Complaints may be made in person, by telephone, or be submitted in writing. Complaints should concisely and specifically describe the nature of the complaint and circumstances.

All information will be evaluated and a resolution will be determined then forwarded to the filer as soon as possible, to allow for prompt resolution.
